TAMIYA 1/20 Porsche 935 Martini

1/20 Porsche 935 Martini, Tamiya is proud to release the Porsche 935 Martini as a full display version with new item number (Item 20005 – motorized or full display version could be selected - was released in 1977 and 1999) in the 1/20 Grand Prix Collection. This time, the kit features new Cartograf decals and new solid synthetic rubber slick tires. The Porsche 935 Martini was a Group 5 car developed for the 1976 World Championship for Makes.

Using the road car Porsche 911 Turbo (930) as a base, it featured an extensively modified body and workings: while the silhouette remained intact, over fenders and an enlarged rear wing gave it powerful yet lightweight form. Improved suspension and brakes were also employed. Powered by a 2,857cc horizontally opposed 6-cylinder turbo engine, this car achieved four wins in seven races, and brought Porsche the title.

About the Model, This is a 1/20 scale plastic assembly model. Length: 235mm, Width: 105mm, height: 96mm. The powerful form with over fenders and wing is realistically captured in style.

Features new realistic solid synthetic rubber slick tires for front and rear. The horizontally opposed 6-cylinder DOHC engine and interior are authentically rendered. Removable engine hood reveals a view of engine components even after assembly.

Comes with new Cartograf decals to depict the car""s livery. Includes stainless steel antenna and one driver figure.
